All photographs appearing on this site and/or been taken by Chestatee Design Co. have been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and are the copyrighted property of Chestatee Design Co. They are fully protected by U.S. and international copyright laws; all rights reserved. The images on this site are for on-screen viewing only and may not be copied, reproduced, manipulated or used in any way, for personal or commercial use, without, A: express written permission on Chestatee Design Co's invoice stating rights granted and terms thereof and, B: the receipt, by Chestatee Design Co, of payment in full for said invoice. No usage rights are granted until full payment has been received by Chestatee Design Co. Unauthorized use or reproduction of a photograph constitutes copyright infringement and is a violation of federal copyright law. Any unauthorized usage will be billed at 3 times the normal rate charged by Chestatee Design Co for such usage. If this bill is not paid within 30 days, Chestatee Design Co will prosecute said unauthorized usage to the full extent of the U.S. Copyright Law.

In the event an infringement is discovered, the offender will be notified and invoiced by usage of the industry standard triple fee for unauthorized use and/or prosecuted for copyright infringement in the United States Federal Court where the offender will be subject to a fine of U.S. $150,000 for statutory damages as well as court costs, attorney’s fees and punitive damages.
